1. Daddy just got hired on by Microsoft. We’ll be relocating to the Scotland office in
June.
2. First it was peonies, now it’s an errant, and really tall
beanstalk sprouting in our backyard.
Visions of giants are dancing in my paranoid head.
3. One of our cats was having vocal problems, and the vet
recommended voice lessons. We now have a
cat who barks.
4. We decided we were tired of having just the one kid. The midwife heard baby #2’s heartbeat loud
and clear today.
5. Except she didn’t.
She heard twins.
6. You know the Jewel-Osco Monopoly game that’s going on right
now? We just won the $25k backyard
makeover!
7. I finally got a job with CPS, and I start next month! In light of this, Daddy has decided to quit
his work and go back to school for a Masters in Theatre.
8. The Loch Ness Monster called. How she had our number, I’ll never know, but
she wanted to let everyone know she’s not dead…she’s just been on an extended vacation.
9. A pigeon managed to get into the house today. It didn’t last long, and the cats are now
blissfully licking their paws.
10. We got a new car yesterday.
We were tired of teal, and decided a bright aqua was more our thing.
